New to this forum so I apologize for my ignorance I’m a first time owner of a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave …… Actually jeep all round so far I love it….. I just installed a stinger Hiegh10 followed the vikdeos and even the paper instructions. The install for the most part went ok only thing is the CarPlay won’t work. Here are some of the issues I’m having.
1. Blue tooth audio works
2. When I plug the cable into either port, console or front plug it’s not being recognized
3. I did a firmware update you can use any USB port to do that(used front port)
4. When go into my IPoD area it sees my IPhone but I can’t control much in there just changing the song.
5. And my HDMI isn’t working.
Here is what I’ve done for troubleshooting.
1. Updated the firmware (same result)
2. Did factory reset (same result)
3. Tried an apple USB C cable (two of them)
im at a loss right now I’m thinking it may be a cable\plug issue….. it was a pain to get it in there tight quarters in there.
any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

First thing I would do in a situation like this is get back in there, make sure all the plugs and cables are seated properly, and test again. You don’t need to resecure everything in to the dash to test it.
Then, if it still doesn’t work, call stinger while you have everything unmounted still.

I have a similar problem with a Rubicon 2021 Gladiator Eco Diesel. Wierdly, my wife's iPhone XSmax with latest IOS version 18.3.2 works in my jeep with Carplay. My iPhone 11 with IOS version 18.3.1 does not work in my Rubicon with Carplay. I am going to upgrade to IOS 18.3.2 and see if Carplay works. I will update when I have something.

You have a Stinger radio, or OEM?
This thread is about the Stinger aftermarket radio.

The OP is asking for assistance with Carplay on a non-OEM headunit. Just making sure you caught that part.

I see you said you followed the install video, but wanted to make sure this is the one you are referring to. I don't believe there are tons of differences between the Heigh10/Horizon10 as far as the install itself is concerned.
Specifically the sections starting at 11:41 forward which deal with the center console USB and the connections in the dash. Good luck!

Yah good suggestion I didn’t through the plugs and it turns out it’s my bad the usb cables on the back of the brain(headunit were backwards)
It was a lot easier getting it back in this time as well.
